Excellent Product arrived well packed minimum mistreatment in box the product intact arrived loaded I could test it and I loaded it excellent response time the noise is slight hopefully the pet will get used to it

A little "light" packaging that does not really protect the package, but the device is well protected in its box.
This device is awesome, my dog loves it!
I love the "no thread" side with usb charging. The 3 throw distances are very significant. We can set it for the inside of the house.
Maybe I should have bought some extra balls, because when the ball is wet from the grass or saliva of the dog, it sometimes adhers less to the machine's throwing wheels. We can then see some failures, but without being redundant.
I strongly recommend it. At this price, do not hesitate!!
